Wider Community
The church supports six main groups of people working in different parts of the world. They all have in common the fact that they work to tell people about Jesus.
Jane Lee works in Thailand, reaching out to young people from different backgrounds through teaching English, Dance and Music in Bangkok.
Laura Dun lives and works in Burkina Faso, helping to translate the gospels into local languages. She is employed by an organisation called Wycliffe Bible Translators.
Chris Flint finished his degree and went for a year out to work in the church in Malaysia. He has just committed himself to a second year!
Martin and Tracey Able are part of an organisation called YWAM (Youth with a Mission). They are based in Pontyclun in the Welsh Valleys, and run an expanding church.
Victory Outreach is based in Abertillery, and provides a home and stable background for young men seeking to give up drugs.
Finally we support four Indian pastors. Missionaries from Britain would no longer be allowed into India, but we can support those who were born there.
