Care for the family Event June 18th

by Colin Dexter

Annwyl Ffrindiau/ Dear Friends

Several churches in Pontypridd are hosting a Care for the Family event on June 18th at 7.30pm at St Catherine’s church in the centre of town.
‘Bring me Sunshine’ has toured the UK but Care for the Family are piloting a way of putting on some big events in less central areas, and Pontypridd is one of their events in Wales.
It is an evening for church folk and for inviting others who we want to seek God.  Rob Parsons speaks on lots of aspects of family life with encouragements to laugh and find God’s help through it all.  He is joined by comedian/magician John Archer.
We put the cost of tickets quite low at £3 each, and several churches are buying a few tickets to give out folk who might not afford a night out like this.  All the profits go to Pontypridd Christians Against Poverty Debt Centre.
You can get tickets from Harvest Bookshop in Pontypridd, St Cath’s Connect Cafe or from Peter Lewis 07944056335 (revpeterlewis@gmail.com).
A poster is attached and I can send out flyers if you reply to this email.
God bless, Pob fendith
Peter, St Catherine’s
