| We are writing to commend A Day for Wales – an event on the Royal Welsh Showground hosted by the Cant i Gymru team on Saturday 1st March 2025 from 10am to 6.30pm.We warmly invite you to be present at this national event which is supported by more than 20 Christian networks in Wales. And please encourage others from your church to come with you!Cant i Gymru says, ‘We sensed a leading from the Holy Spirit to gather Christians from across Wales to celebrate what God is doing in Wales, to stir up faith for the part we might each play in God’s mission across the land, and to call on God together for a move of his power.’The event will be bilingual with simultaneous translation provided when Welsh is being spoken. Separate sessions will be held for primary aged children in English and in Welsh.The guest speaker will be David Thomas from Asbury, Kentucky, who was closely involved with the outpouring of the Holy Spirit there in February 2023. Other contributions will come from the Cant i Gymru team and other leaders. Worship will be led by Sound of Wales and others from around Wales.Tickets are priced at £15 for adults with concessions for those 25 and younger.
