The Resurrection

by Colin Dexter

The resurrection, which some of us still celebrate today, symbolises the ultimate defeat of cruelty & cynical human power by a far greater force. The Resurrection of Christ

by Colin Dexter

The resurrection of Jesus Christ is fundemental to Christianity. The Bible says that Christ died for our sins, was buried and that he was raised on the third day. He then appeared to Peter & to the twelve disciples & James and to more than 500 at the same time. (1 Corinthians 15 v3-7)

A Wedding Prayer

by Colin Dexter

God our Father, we thank you for our families; for the love that we share and the joy of our marriage. In the busyness of each day keep our eyes fixed on what is real and important in life and help us to be generous with our time and love and energy. Strengthened by our union help us to serve and comfort those who suffer. We ask this in the Spirit of Jesus Christ. Amen

The church are helpng us some more in the clubs with translating and we re getting to know them better when we invite us for lunch or use our neighbours swimming pool.

Faith
