A pregnant woman has gone missing, leading Gwent Police to issue a plea for help in finding her.

Karla Price, 26, from Abertillery, was last seen on Cardiff Road in Newport on Friday, May 2.

She is five feet two inches tall, of slim build although she is seven months pregnant, with dark, dyed black shoulder length hair and possibly wearing a pink shower-proof hooded top.

Gwent Police say they are concerned for her welfare because she is pregnant and because of “the length of time she has been missing”.

If anyone knows of her whereabouts they are asked to call 101 and quote log number 148

May 8th. Police are appealing for information to find 14yr old Bonnie Rose Clarke who was reported missing from home in Caerphilly on monday. Anyone with information is asked to call 101 quoting log 554
